The Party After the Party

On Monday after the wedding those of us who were still there went to relax at the lake.
My wonderful husband sacrifices one day a year to go to the lake with me.  The lake, and especially Lake Clementine is a special place for my family.  David is not a lake person, but goes because he knows I love it.  Thanks honey!

 

  

As you can see, Anna adores it.  We got there in the afternoon this year and stayed till dark.  We calculated that Anna spent 5 hours total in the water.

  She also tried waterskiing for the first time with Grandma Ann's help of course.  She did great!  I was so proud of her.  She tried like 6 times.  She was very close to getting up.  She needs just a little more body mass to pull herself up. 

 

She would have kept going, but it was William's turn.  I think he was inspired by Anna's efforts.  This is the closest he has gotten to getting up.  Way to go Will!

 

It was one perfect day at the lake-beautiful day, great company.  Thanks Grandma Ann and Grandpa Heber for making it happen!
