Fat Bottom Girls and a Great Day

Hello! It is Friday off, yeah! David is trying to put Anna to bed as I type, so I'm very hopeful we're getting back on schedule. We had such a nice day. Anna had a playdate at Brooklyn's and David and I went to the craft fair. We both really enjoy going, and it has always been a fun date for us. The craft fair itself wasn't very good, but I had such a nice relaxing morning with David. It seems like a while since we have been able to enjoy some time together without feeling the need to accomplish something or be on a timeline. It was one of those mornings and even the rest of the day that reminded me why I married David. I enjoy being with him even when we're doing nothing.

We picked Anna up about 1:30 and went to Costco and then to Liquidation World. We got some Christmas shopping done, and I ran into Lillian Parra that I used to work with at McLoughlin Middle School - I love her! Such an incredible lady. Also we saw Karri Stoker from Ridgeview ward in Kennewick. I worked with her with the Laurels. A great woman-very strong in the gospel and very down to earth and fun loving. We also saw her parents the Hauters. David knew them from the branch. They were also the missionary couple that ran Camp Zarahemla when we had the Toomer family reunion there a couple years back. Sis. Hauter told me that she remembers fondly our skit that celebrated fat-bottom girls. We did a rhythmic gymnastics routine to the Queen song, Fat Bottom Girls Make This Rockin' World go Round - it was fairly unforgettable.

Now we've had a couple of hours at home to relax and hopefully Anna will go to sleep and I will get to read my book:)
